PROPOSED ITINERARY
Day 1: Depart USA for Lima, Peru. Arrive Lima and transfer to hotel. Overnight: Casa Andina Miraflores-Centro.
Day 2: Morning sightseeing tour, see the Huaca Pucllana, and archaeological site. Plaza Mayor, the historiacal center of Lima and the 16th century San Francisco Monastery. Travel to the residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores. The rest of the day is free to explore on your own. (B) Hotel: Casa Andina Miraflores-Centro.
Day 3: Fly from Lima to Pisco, transfer to hotel. Overflight of Nazca Lines. Overnight at LaHacienda Bahia Paracas. (B)
Day 4: Take a boat ride to Ballestas Island, transfer to airport for flight from Pisco to Cuzco. Overnight at Casa Andina San Blas (B)
Day 5: City tour, visit nearby ruins. Overnight at Casa Andina San Blas (B)
Day 6: Ollantaytambo and Pisac Market. Lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight at Sonesta Posada del Inca Yucay Hotel (B)
Day 7: Take the train to Machu Picchu, guided tour and buffet lunch. Dinner and overnight at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel (B,L,D)
Day 8: Machu Picchu. Morning at your leisure or to do more exploring. Afternoon board train back to Cuzco. Overnight at Casa Andina San Blas (B)
Day 9: Journey by bus to Puno. Lunch at a local restaurant on the way. Overnight at Casa Andian Plaza (B,L)
Day 10: Boat trip on Lake Titicaca, visiting Uros and Taquille. Box lunch. Overnight at Casa Andina Plaza (B,L)
Day 11: Sullustanti Graves, transfer to airport, flu from Puno back to Cuzco. Overnight at Casa Andina San Blas (B)
Day 12: Fly from Cuzco to Puerto Maldonado, transfer to the river port, boat ride to Posada Amazonas. A variety of activities to participate in, including a night walk with a guide to see nocternal animals. Overnight at Posada Amazones (B,L,D)
Day 13: A day full of activities at the Amazon reserve. Overnight at Posada Amazones (B,L,D)
Day 14: Boat from Posada Amazonas to the river port, transfer to airport for flight back to Lima. Overnight at Casa Andina Miraflores-Centro (B)
Day 15: After breakfast, depart for airport for return home (B)
